A native of Texas, Marilynn received her BFA degree with an emphasis in metalsmithing from North Texas University. She completed graduate coursework and taught at the University of Arizona and has exhibited in galleries and museums across the country. Currently residing in the Dallas area, she has worked with many top local designers. Her artistic signature is expressed in 14kt. and 18kt. gold in combination with sterling silver in her line “Islands, Streams and Continents”. Each piece is hand constructed, using sheet and wire, forming hollow shapes with her river as a prominent feature.
